We are proud of the growth we have achieved in 2023, and we're aiming for more!

On November 14th, our annual meeting took place with our directors, managers, and sales executives to analyze the results we achieved and determine new challenges and goals.

The meeting was held in Mexico City, and we were pleased to have more than 300 attendees at the Grand Hotel de Mexico. During the meeting, our CEO, Roberto Monturiol, shared his excitement and satisfaction for the projects completed, as well as those on the horizon.

In terms of organizational growth, we have optimized our service network nationwide, now with 14 offices across the country, specifically in CDMX, Estado de México, Querétaro, Veracruz, Puebla, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and San Luis Potosí.

But that is not all; in 2024, we will start with the goal of expanding our international reach. Currently, we have offices in San Francisco, New York, and Barcelona, but we have defined an action plan to optimize and reach new horizons.

Regarding new products and services, we are proud to announce that we will kick off 2024 with our own credit card "XY Booster Infinite Card", a financial product created in partnership with VISA and addressed to our customers and investors. This card belongs to the infinite range, so besides having international acceptance, it will come with a benefits plan, cross-promotions, insurance coverage, and innovations that we will continue to incorporate to be the best option for our customers.

In terms of our organizational culture, we have always been concerned about the potential and preparation of our employees, not only to provide the best service but also to continue growing and be candidates for better professional opportunities. That is why we encourage the constant application of courses and evaluations within the company as one of the requirements for a promotion in XY Booster. One of our key principles is "win the right way," so we work continuously to solve both internal and external institutional needs.
