Testing the built prototype to gain customer insights and iterate.
While the product team does its magic, the branding team starts understanding the target, and defining branding basic assets to build what we call the “Minimum Viable Brand”
Once - and only if - the product has been validated, the tech team starts developing it.
It is, again, an iterative process. While this team is creating the actual digital product, the product and branding team together with the entrepreneur captures customer feedback and measures performance.
